Ingredients and Materials
Leukoplast Elastic is made from an elastic woven fabric (cotton blend with elastane) coated with a hypoallergenic acrylic adhesive. The tape is microporous for skin breathability and is latex-free. Roll size: 25 mm x 3 m. Manufactured to BSN Medical quality standards.
How to Use
- Clean and dry the skin area before application to ensure adhesion.
- Cut the required length from the 25mm x 3m roll. For dressings, apply the tape to secure edges without stretching excessively.
- For fixation of tubing or devices, apply with light tension so circulation is not restricted.
- To remove, peel slowly parallel to the skin to minimise trauma; use adhesive remover if needed.
- Single-patient use recommended. Replace tape if it becomes soiled or loses adhesion.
