What is Smecta Go Sachets?

SmectaGo is a ready-to-eat medical device enclosed in single-dose sachets. The suspension has a creamy consistency. You can drink it directly from the sachet. This caramel-cocoa form does not require mixing with water, nor does it need to be washed down with it.

SmectaGo works by stopping diarrhea and relieving stomach pain. Thanks to the content of natural clay called diosmectite, it binds bacteria, viruses and toxins responsible for the formation of diarrhea, which are removed from the body with it.

How to use:

Acute diarrhea

Children (8 to 15 years inclusive):
initial dose 2 sachets
then 1 sachet after each free stool
up to 4 sachets a day
Oral rehydration fluid (ORS) should be used to replace fluid lost due to diarrhea and to prevent dehydration.

Adults and children (over 15 years of age):
initial dose 2 sachets
then 1 sachet after each free stool
up to 6 sachets a day
Chronic diarrhea

Adults:
up to 3 sachets a day (1 sachet in the morning, 1 sachet at noon, 1 sachet in the evening), as needed
