Vitaforce Omega 3 Joint Mobility Supports Heart Health 90 Capsules is a source of EPA & DHA. This essential fatty acid supplement helps promote heart health and improves concentration. Its anti-inflammatory properties may also improve joint mobility. 

Vitaforce omega 3 is a marine sourced essential fatty acid supplement that helps promote heart health, helps improve concentration disorders and through its anti-inflammatory properties, may help improve joint mobility. Vitaforce omega 3 provides essential EPA and DHA which cannot be made by the body and must therefore be supplied by the diet. The modern diet is high in saturated fat and contains mainly omega 6 fatty acids, found in plant oils and processed foods, which create an imbalance between omega 3 and omega 6. This diet typically contains 1: 10 omega 3: omega 6. Research shows 1:4 is the optimal ratio for good health.

How to use:

Adults: two to three capsules to be taken twice a day with meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
