Ingredients and Materials

This instant cold pack contains an inner pouch of water and a cooling reagent (commonly ammonium nitrate or urea) that produces an endothermic reaction when mixed. The outer pouch is made from durable polyethylene/PVC laminate to prevent leaks. Designed for external use only. Ingredients are chosen for rapid cooling and safe short-term topical application when used as directed.

How to Use
  1. Check the pack for damage. Only use an intact pack.
  2. Firmly squeeze or strike the pack to break the inner water pouch and activate the cooling reaction.
  3. Shake or knead gently until the pack becomes cold and distributes the cooling evenly.
  4. Place a thin cloth or towel between the pack and skin to avoid frostbite. Apply to the affected area for 10–20 minutes.
  5. Discard after single use. Do not attempt to freeze and reuse.
