General guidance: paracetamol dosing for children is typically 10–15 mg/kg per dose every 4–6 hours as required, not exceeding 60 mg/kg in 24 hours. Do not give more than the recommended dose. If symptoms persist for more than 48 hours or worsen, seek medical advice.

Do not exceed the recommended dose — paracetamol overdose can cause severe liver damage. Avoid giving other paracetamol-containing products concurrently. In case of accidental overdose, seek medical help immediately or contact a poison center. Store below 25 C, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date on the pack. Keep the cap tightly closed when not in use.
