Pharmacological Action:

  • Cold-pressed oil with omega 3, 6, and 9 fatty acids.

How to use Vital Pure Flaxseed Oil capsules:

  • Adults: 14 years and older.
  • Take 1–2 capsules daily.
  • Take with water after food.

Avoid if you have an allergy to soy.
