What are Vital Iron Complex tablets?

Iron Complex contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue by supporting normal energy metabolism, the formation of red blood cells and oxygen transport in the body. Vital Iron Complex also contributes to normal cognitive function.

How to use:

  • Adults and 9 years and older
  • Take one tablet daily
  • Take with water after food

Ingredients: Each tablet contains:

Iron 15 mg
Vitamin B1  5 mg
Vitamin B2  5 mg
Vitamin B6 5 mg
Folic Acid 150 µg 
Vitamin B12  0,5 µg
Vitamin C 10 mg
L-Lysine 10 mg

Product Warnings:

  • Avoid if you have an allergy to Sulphur dioxide.
