1. Shake the can well before use.
2. Spray evenly from about 10–15 cm onto skin. For face use, spray into palms first then apply to face, avoiding direct inhalation and eyes.
3. Apply generously 15 minutes before sun exposure.
4. Reapply at least every 2 hours, or after sweating, towelling or prolonged sun exposure.
5. For best protection use in combination with sun-smart measures: seek shade, wear protective clothing, hats and sunglasses.
