What is Solal Multi Mineral?

Minerals are micronutrients, essential for all metabolic processes and are vital components of enzymes required for life. Minerals form part of healthy tissue such as skin, hair, nails and connective tissue, supporting normal growth, maintaining a healthy central nervous system, building muscles and bones, and improving immune function and overall health. 

How to use:

• Adults
• Take 2 tablets daily with or after food

Ingredients: Each tablet contains:

• Boron (amino acid chelate) 1.5 mg
• Chromium (polynicotinate form) 25 µg
• Copper (amino acid chelate) 1,5 mg
• Manganese (amino acid chelate) 2 mg
• Molybdenum (amino acid chelate) 25 µg
• Selenium (methylselenocysteine form) 30 µg
• Vanadium (amino acid chelate) 25 µg
• Zinc (amino acid chelate) 10 mg
• Iodine (potassium iodate) 70 µg
• Silicon (amino acid chelate) 5 mg

• Do not use this product if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to any of the ingredients
• If you are on any medication or suffering from any medical condition, it is advisable to seek medical advice before starting any new medicine, supplement or remedy
• Do not exceed recommended dosages unless on the advice of a healthcare practitioner

Contraindications:

• Do not use this product if you are allergic to iodine
