What is Solal MSM?

MSM helps relieve pain associated with joint damage and osteoarthritis. 

How to use:

  • Adults
  • Take 1 capsule 3 times a day with meals 
  • Avoid taking MSM at bedtime

Ingredient: Each capsule contains:

  • MSM (Methyl-sulfonyl-methane) 700 mg
Warnings:
  • Do not use this product if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to any of the ingredients
  • If you are on any medication or suffering from any medical condition, it is advisable to seek medical advice before starting any new medicine, supplement or remedy
  • Do not exceed recommended dosages unless on the advice of a healthcare practitioner
  • Consult your healthcare provider if symptoms do not improve or worsen after taking MSM
  • Use MSM for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects

Side Effects:

  • Side effects of MSM may include gastrointestinal bloating, constipation or indigestion
