What  is Solal Ashwagandha used for:

Gentle stress relief by calming the body and brain. Ashwagandha (sometimes referred to as Indian ginseng) is an Ayurvedic herbal extract. SOLAL® uses KSM-66® ashwagandha – an extra concentrated patented extract.

Pharmacological Action:

Preliminary research suggests ashwagandha suppresses stress-induced increases of dopamine receptors in the brain.

How to use Solal Ashwagandha Capsules:

Do not exceed recommended dosages unless on the advice of a healthcare practitioner. Do not use this product if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to any of the ingredients. If you are on any medication or suffering from any medical condition, it is advisable to seek medical advice before starting any new medicine, supplement or remedy.
