Mepitel One is a sterile silicone wound contact layer featuring Safetac® technology, designed to lie directly on the wound bed without adhering. This gentle, transparent layer enables undisturbed healing—even across fragile skin or exuding wounds—minimizing patient discomfort during dressing changes.

How to Use
  1. Clean and dry wound and surrounding area thoroughly.
  2. Cut dressing to size, allowing at least 2 cm margin beyond wound edge.
  3. Apply silicone side down directly onto wound surface.
  4. Cover with appropriate absorbent secondary dressing and fixation.
  5. Leave in place for up to 14 days or until exudate compromise—without disturbance.
