Ingredients & Materials

How to Use
  1. Full bath soak: Add 1–2 cups (approx. 240–480g) of Epsom salt to a warm bath, stir until dissolved and soak for 12–20 minutes. Breathe deeply and relax.
  2. Foot soak: Dissolve 2–3 tablespoons in a basin of warm water and soak feet for 10–15 minutes to soothe tired feet.
  3. Compress: Mix 2 tablespoons in 1 cup of warm water; soak a cloth and apply as a warm compress to targeted areas for 10–15 minutes.
  4. As a scrub: Combine with a little olive oil or shower gel for gentle exfoliation. Rinse thoroughly.
