How to Use
Fill the cap with 10-15ml of mouthrinse and swish around the mouth for 30 seconds, ensuring contact with teeth and gums. Do not swallow. Use twice daily for up to 30 days or as directed by your dentist. Do not rinse with water afterwards to allow active ingredients to continue working
