ReDormin Flordis Sleeplessness & Insomnia Relieves 20 Tablets contains extracts of Valerian and Hops to help you fall asleep, stay asleep and wake up refreshed. Prescribed worldwide to help improve sleep quality and restore healthy sleep patterns.

How to use:

• Adults and children over 12 years: take 2 tablets 1 hour before bedtime or as directed by your healthcare professional.
• Children 6-12 years: take 1 tablet 1 hour before bedtime
