Ingredients and Materials

How to Use
- Wash hands and prepare your supplies according to facility procedure.
- Place the tourniquet around the patient’s upper arm or limb, about 3–4 inches (7–10 cm) above the venipuncture site.
- Fasten the clip to achieve mild to moderate compression—tight enough to make the vein prominent but not painful.
- Perform venipuncture or blood draw following clinical guidelines. Release the tourniquet as soon as blood flow is established or per protocol.
- After use, unfasten the clip, clean the strap with an approved disinfectant and store dry until next use.
