What is Betadine Mouthwash & Gargle?

A gargle that can kill the bacteria and viruses in your mouth and throat.

How to use:  

As a gargle

  • Pour one full green cap of solution, undiluted  
  • Swish the solution briefly in the mouth
  • Tilt your head backwards and gargle for 30 seconds
  • Spit out the solution
  • Repeat every 2-4 hours for up to 4 times a day or as directed by a healthcare provider

As a mouthwash

  • Pour one full green cap of solution, undiluted
  •  Rinse mouth for 30 seconds and repeat for up to 4 times a day

Ingredients: 

1 % Povidone-Iodine

Precautions, Contra-indications and Side Effects:

Should not be used by persons allergic to iodine.
