1. Ensure the skin is clean and dry before application.
2. Unroll the Soffban to the required length and wrap around the limb or dressing with 50% overlap for even coverage.
3. Adjust tension to provide secure dressing retention or light support—avoid excessive tightness that restricts circulation.
4. Secure the end with medical tape, clips or a retention strip as needed.
5. Replace if soiled, wet or when support is no longer required.
