1. Clean and dry the skin thoroughly before application.
2. Measure and cut the required length from the 2.7m roll. Round corners if needed to reduce peeling.
3. Remove release liner and apply with gentle, even pressure. For dressing fixation, avoid stretching the tape excessively; for light support, apply with slight tension and smooth down edges.
4. Monitor circulation when applied around limbs — remove or reapply if numbness, tingling or discoloration occurs.
5. To remove, peel back slowly and support the skin to minimise irritation.
