What is Solgar Korean Ginseng Root Extract?

Solgar Korean Ginseng Root Extract contains ginseng, made from the root and the offshoots called root hairs.

There are several species of ginseng, all belonging to the botanical group called Panax, which means ‘all heal’ in Greek. Ginseng includes both American ginseng and Korean, or Asian ginseng and only these types contain the active ingredient ginsenosides. American ginseng can be found throughout Northern America and is milder than Asian ginseng. Korean ginseng is also known as red or Asian ginseng and is the classic variant which has been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine. Ginseng is mainly produced in South Korea, China, Canada and the United States.

Ginseng is believed to help improve concentration and supports energy and vitality.

How to use:

As a herbal supplement for adults, take one (1) vegetable capsule up to three (3) times daily, preferably at mealtimes or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
